Atlantis is not just swimming pools, in an interesting conversation in the heart of the Wellness Atlantis, which was renovated a few months ago, explains Nataša Keršič Razinger: “This is a place for fun, recreation and for a relaxing way to spend your free time. We strive to make attractions such as slides and water playgrounds, as well as an animation program to make an environment that would be as interesting for children as possible. That they really like to come here, to stay with us and to return. « In this light and with such a concept, the entire center is set up. Visitors from different age groups find their corner of well -being in it. By constantly adapting to the market requirements, they create an offer that is modern and custom visitors.
In the coming birthday, in conversation with Natasa Keršič Razinger, we wanted to look into the past, but above all, to feel the pulse of a water city that, in all these years, not only maintained the quality of the offer, but has, above all, managed to create a diverse harmony of experiences that attract very different audiences – not only Slovenian but also many foreign guests. In all these years, Atlantis has become one of the leading tourist attractions of Ljubljana, which not only perfectly complements the entire offer of the capital, but also enriches the events throughout BTC City.

What are the best services that the whole family enjoys?
Today we offer a comprehensive experience of relaxation, fun and regeneration – in one place. How would you describe the perfect family day in the Atlantis?
The perfect family day in Atlantis is a day when everyone – from the youngest to parents and grandparents – feels careless. Children enjoy the pools, slides and children’s corners, parents relax in the sauna or at the massage, and end the day by swimming or ice cream. In addition, we offer birthday parties, swimming courses and holiday activities, which really connects us with families – even in the long run.

How did you adapt to new trends in wellness, recreation and relaxation during this time? How has your offer changed over the years?
Wellness is no longer a luxury today – it has become a basic need. That is why we follow the trends globally and adapt them to our visitors. The last renovation of the center of well -being is the answer to the needs of the modern guest: more privacy, accessibility, holistic approaches and natural elements. Emphasis is placed on calm, regeneration, rituals and experiential component. Openness for novelties, listening to users and working with experts allow us to constantly develop.
The well -being industry is increasingly associated with health, durability and mental stability. In Atlantis, this is followed by the involvement of natural ingredients, personalized programs, in -depth rituals and holistic therapies. We are aware that Wellnes is not only physical relaxation, but supporting the entire lifestyle – so we associate movement, calming and regeneration.

They are in Atlantis Water City completed a complete renovation Wellness. A well -being center with a comprehensive offer was created. With a calm atmosphere, an independent entrance and a tropical restroom, it brings a unique concept of urban wellness in central Slovenia and enables visitors to relax and regenerate – even in combination with work, as some use its peaceful and stimulating environment to work remotely. “The new wellness was created somehow in the spirit of time. We are increasingly taking care of our health and vitality. It is regeneration that is in accordance with the trends – after the daily stress we experience at work or by sports ventures. Welness is this counterweight to regeneration throughout physical and mental stress, so we intend to continue to develop a space that allows. Regeneration, relaxation and deviation from everyday life, ”is outlined by Natasa Keršič Razinger.
Atlantis has become synonymous with the unforgettable experience of children in all years – from learning to swim to holiday activities and birthday parties. How do you start creating these programs?
We create our programs for children with a lot of attention and heartiness. We are aware that the first contact with the water can be decisive. Therefore, our swimming teachers are experienced and specially trained to work with children. When creating birthday parties and holiday programs, we are looking for a balance between fun, creativity and security – we want children to learn, grow and enjoy immensely.
The Atlantis water city with more than 15,000 square meters of covered space is one of the largest covered water centers in Europe. In twenty years, as many as 20,000 children have learned to swim in their pools. How successful they are is also confirmed by the recognition: Atlantis boasts as many as 19 consecutive titles of the Best Bathing Bath in the Category Covered Pool Baths.

Sustainable solutions are becoming increasingly important. How do you introduce them to Atlantis?
Sustainability has become our everyday standard. One of the important steps is the connection to the adjacent Aquafilslo facility, from where the facility and pool water are heated by their waste heat. We also introduced economical lighting systems, careful management of water and energy, and optimization of ventilation. These are important steps that affect our footprint in the long run – and the example we want to carry forward.
Do you prepare any major projects or innovations in the future? What is your long -term vision?
Renovation of the Center for Wellness was a big project. In all updates, we place a better user experience and sustainable solutions and energy efficiency. We want Atlantis to remain a leading well -being center in Slovenia – both in content and by approach.
Our vision is clear – we want to develop Atlantis as a wellness center that goes beyond the classic concept of the pool or sauna. We want to create an urban oasis where visitors can calm down, restore energy and connect with nature and themselves – even in the city center. We strive that every visit will be an opportunity for something more – for contact, balance and a genuine experience.
