Unicredit asked for the reopening of the Golden Power procedure

From the resolution published by the Authority, it is learned that Unicredit presented to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers a « instance of self -protection » with which « without acquiring the provision » of the Golden Power « e reserving every appropriate form of protection in more of one’s rights and interests, makes an application so that the procedure is reopened « . The request for reopening the procedure would serve to Unicredit, first of all, « in order to be able to motivate on the information and data provided by Unicredit, which are not assessed during the processing of the requirements and which are therefore not mentioned in the provision », reads the resolution.
