Under the Tatras, VI Group wants to build more than 300 apartments

This is also the case with the development group VI Group. She started her new real estate project under the High Tatras two years ago. The developer, who was among the largest players on the market in Bratislava, chose the village of Gerlachov for expansion.

The second stage

The complex should operate 352 parking stands. Up to 227 of them are to be placed within the buildings, the remaining 125 stands should be situated on the ground.

When construction work could occur, it is not known. However, the developer has already announced that he plans to implement the third stage of the project. This should bring to the site a four -star hotel and civic amenities such as sports playgrounds, wellness, playground, restaurant or café.
The project will be submitted to the Office VI Group, it is a developer in Bratislava, who was behind projects such as Matadorka, Starý Háj or Moruša. The land under the upcoming project is owned by VI Group Gerlach resort.
