In the Karlovac area, extraordinary flood defense measures for the Cup and Koran are in place, but bigger problems are not expected because the water levels will not exceed the red line of 800 centimeters that begin more serious problems.

As for the Sava from today, extraordinary flood defense measures were introduced in the morning in the Jasenovac area. The road to the settlement of Mlaka is underwater and unfortunately the village of Mlaka is cut off from Kosutarica, or Jasenovac.

In the area of ​​the Donji flow of the Sava, downstream from Jasenovac until Županja, in the next few days, regular flood defense measures are expected to implement.

Larger threats are not expected because the water level will be in the area of ​​Davor Meter lower than in 2014, in the area of ​​Slavonski Brod, a meter and a half lower, and in the area of ​​Shamac and Županja two to two and a half meters lower.

The situation in Slavonia is much better than yesterday, followed by the rehabilitation of the damage, that is, the cleaning and drying of the flooded facilities.

The flooded areas were visited today by the Minister of Environment and Green Transition Marija Vučković and Croatian Water CEO Zoran Đuroković.
