Details: The company explains that since « Ukrzaliznytsya » became the object of the enemy’s cyberattack, the company introduced reservation protocols.
It is stated that the latter attack was very systemic, non -trivial and multi -level, so before the full recovery of the UZ, many involved partners and the SBU’s cyber departments, the SBUs should carefully reflect the services to possible vulnerabilities.
Currently, online ticket sales are not available and the company plans to work in offline.
How Ukrzaliznytsia is currently working:
- Tickets are sold through cash desks. Cash desks are exacerbated by staff, expanding work graphs;
- On March 24 and 25, the sale of international tickets at the box office (usually only online) was activated;
- As a last resort, if you do not have time to buy a ticket through the box office – go directly to the train. The train crews are informed how to make a passage on the spot (apologies in advance, may not be available places of all classes, but seek to bring everyone).
