Tkačenko said during the night that the unmanned aircraft hit the upper floor of the altitude residential house and caused a fire in the eastern part of the city, where he said there was a risk of emergency interruption of electricity supplies. According to him, the fire broke out in the apartment building in the western part of Kiev.
