According to the statements of Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobjanin, from midnight to four in the morning, the counter-air defense (PVO) dropped 33 drones on the end of the capital.

According to the Governor of the Moscow area of ​​Andrea Vorobjov, until seven in the morning, 42 drones were destroyed over the region. Under the impact came Zelenograd, where at least six explosions were heard. After that, black smoke was built above the city industrial zone.

The attack was directed to the « Elma » technology park, whose companies produce electronic and optical devices, control-measuring instruments and deal with the processing of different materials.

More than 150 companies operate in Tehnopark. Due to the fall of drone residues on the TechnoPark territory, the car burned, but no one was injured. The Ukrainian drones also attacked the city of dub, where about 15 explosions were heard. The target was the company « Kronštadt », which deals with the development of unmanned aircraft. In this factory, among other things, the impact-scout drones « Orion » are produced.

Drones were also destroyed above Trojicka, Domodedova, Podolska, as well as the settlements of Trojicko and Bronniks. In three, the remains of the drone fell on the man, but he suffered only more easily injuries. In the village of Trojicko, the drone falls, damaged three houses, but none of the locals were injured.

Due to the mass attack Dron, Moscow airports Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Sheremetjevo and Žukovski, limited the reception and shipping of flights. During the night of 28. May in Moscow airports was delayed more than one hundred flights. The restrictions were also introduced at airports in Kaluga, Ivanovo, Jaroslavlj, Kostromi and Vladimir.

The ministry previously reported an abrupt increase in the intensity of Ukrainian drone attacks – during the week of 20. to 27. May, more than 1,400 drones were destroyed above the Russian regions.

At the same time, the Russian army also reinforced the intensity of attacks on Ukraine. On 25. May, the territory of Ukraine attacked a record 300 striking drones and almost 70 rockets of different types, including ballistic. 12 areas of Ukraine were attacked, 13 people were killed.
