For a second consecutive night, Russian forces launched a barrage of unmanned aircraft against Kiev in Kiev in Ukraineas a result of at least three people killed and another 10 injured, according to local officials.

« Unfortunately, three people were killed at night because of the hostile attack on the Kiev region » – two in Opuchiv and one in Bucca – while ten others were injured, said Regional Governor Mikola Kalasnik.

In Kharkov (northeast), Mayor Ihor Terehoff reported that unmanned aircraft hit three sites in Ukraine’s second largest city.

On the Telegram platform, videos were published – the authenticity of which has not been verified – allegedly showing a fire due to a Russian strike in the port of Odessa (south).

Air raids also referred to the Mikolaib and Hersona regions, in the southern part of Ukraine.

According to RES-EIA, on Friday night on Saturday, Russia launched about 250 drones and 14 ballistic missiles against Kiev, in one of the largest combined air attacks against the Ukrainian capital since the start of the war in February 2022.

The attacks occur amid prisoner of war between Russia and Ukraine, under an agreement reached days ago in Istanbul. Last Saturday, 307 prisoners were exchanged on each side and the exchange is expected to continue today.

Russian troops occupied territories in Donetsk and Sumi

On the fronts of the battles, conflicts continue with an undiminished intensity, with Russian troops gradually gaining ground despite significant losses that occur from time to time.

The Russian forces occupied the Stuutsky and Odrantne communities in the Donetsk region of Eastern Ukraine, according to the Ministry of Defense in Moscow.

The Russian army also announced the occupation of the city of Loknia in the Sumi region of northeast Ukraine, where Moscow aspires to create a seat belt to prevent cross -border attacks of Ukrainian forces commensurate with the one in Kursk last August.

Four dead in western Ukraine

Four people were killed in the district of Khmelnitsky, a city of Western Ukraine, military authorities announced after a new massive Russian air attack that took place early this morning in the country.

« Last night, the Khmelnitsky region became Russia’s hostile wounds (…) according to first reports, four people were unfortunately killed, » Sergi Tyurin said via the Telegram, who is also a military administration.
