U21 European Game 2025: All EM appointments on schedule

The U21 European Championship will take place in Slovakia in 2025. In addition to the usual suspects such as Germany, Italy, Portugal or France, the Slovak selection as a host country is automatically qualified for the round of the last 16 teams. It is the third time that the field of participants consists of a total of sixteen nations in the final round. Players who were born on or after January 1, 2002 are allowed to participate. After the European Championship 2000, it is the second edition of a European U21 soccer championship for Slovakia. The UEFA Executive Committee appointed the Slovenský Futbalový zväz football association as the host on January 25, 2023.
