In a study of corruption when purchasing military material for NATO, two suspects were arrested in Belgium. The federal public prosecutor reports this. One of them was placed by the investigating judge under arrest warrant, the second was released.

As part of that investigation, the Central Service for the Fighting of Corruption (CDBC) of the Federal Police performed house searches in Bredene on Monday, and two suspects arrested. They were brought before the investigating judge in Bruges, who leads the investigation.
