Two requested detainees – suspected to have organized contract murder
January 28 2023 was shot a 15-year-old boy brutally to death As he sat and ate at a sushi restaurant in Skogås in Huddinge south of Stockholm. The boy was shot in the head by another previously unpunished teenage boy, who was 15 years old at the time. He was sentenced at the end of the same year to closed youth care for four years.
Södertörn District Court found that the sentence had become life imprisonment if he had been an adult at the time of the act. The verdict was later established by the High Court.
The theory is that the subject To the well -planned contract murder was revenge. Nine days before the teenage boy was shot to death, a reputation was spread that he had to shoot at an apartment door in Husby in Stockholm. The target should have been a relative of the gang leader Rawa Majid. For the assignment he received SEK 15,000, but something went wrong. The boy shot at the wrong door and he got a prize on his head.
Now two men have been arrested in their absence for involvement in the murder in Skogås. One person is a 23-year-old. He is arrested for, among other things, murder, attempted murder, human trafficking and stamping for murder. Thus, although the 23-year-old is not suspected of firing the weapon at the sushi restaurant, he is prosecuted for murder because, according to the prosecutor, it is a so-called extended offense.
The other person is a 27-year-old MAN. Among other things, he is arrested for murder, stamping for murder, preparation for murder and attempted destruction.
According to Prosecutor Ida Arnell, it was the duo who gave the convicted shooter the task of performing the murder in Skogås.
– I mean they have been organizers and driven in this case, she says.
According to Ida Arnell’s information, the 23-year-old has been detained in Tunisia since October 2023. The 27-year-old will also be in Tunisia, but he is believed to be on the loose.
– We have no knowledge that he would be deprived of liberty, says Ida Arnell.
Tunisia has no extradition agreement with Sweden, but the two men will be requested.
– In our knowledge, none of them are Tunisian citizens, says Ida Arnell, pointing out that it is difficult to say anything about the prospects that they are actually extradited.
– I know that there have been police contacts, but since we have no extradition agreement, it will ultimately be a political issue.
Next week, the verdict will fall against another person who was charged with being one of the organizers in the Skogås kill.
