Two my uncle escaped from Alcatraz – a message to Trump was a security specialist

Donald Trump is wrong, says David Widner, a security expert in Georgia. According to a 58-year-old man, the US President makes a faulty decision to reopen America’s most notorious prison, Alcatraz, which was closed in 1963. At the announcement of the plan, Trump argued that they would be preserving the country’s cruelest and most powerful criminals there, because no one from Florida prison had yet come alive.

– It’s just a lie! There have been more escapes, not one that does not know its outcome, Widner said, saying to the Daily Mail.

The security professional does not feel involved on the subject because of his occupation, but because his two uncle has come out of the dreaded institution.

The two relatives who escaped with their fellow Frank Morris from the island, also known as the rock, were John and Clarence Anglin. According to Widner, the FBI spent years with their search, the family members were questioned countless times, and the agents believed that England had fled to Mexico after the 1962 escape.

« If they really believed that my uncle had not survived the escape, they would have stopped searching, but to this day they had not closed the investigation. » Why would you look for someone you think is dead? The nephew asked the poetic question.

For six months, convicted bank robbers carved holes with spoons and forks into the walls surrounding the ventilations of their cells. The heads of paper painted on the night of escape were used, which were made more authentic with the hair collected from the hairdresser of the prison, convincing the guards to sleep in their beds. They squeezed themselves on the narrow passenger, then came from the top of the prison to the water and set off a raincoat with raincoat towards the coast.

The corpse of the fugitives was never found, but according to the FBI, all three were drowned in the icy, sharks full of sharks surrounding the prison. However, Widner claims that all three were great swimmers. In his view, the FBI report contains this assumption only because they wanted to maintain the awesome reputation of the federal prison.

A total of 36 prisoners attempted to escape 14 times during Alcatraz’s thirty -year history. 23 of them were captured alive, six were killed, and two were drowned as they tried to swim the distance to the shore, which brutal currents made it even more difficult. Five, including the English brothers and Morris, are registered as « disappeared and presumably drowned » fugitives.

The story of the escape of June 11, 1962 was processed in the 1979 Flying Alcatraz With Clint Eastwood starring. The star played the bank robber Morris, who had an IQ of 133, which was the most intelligent two percent of mankind.

« I think President Trump is not aware of the story of my uncle, so I want to talk to him about it, » Widner said with the British newspaper. – I would like to tell him that the reopening of the prison would cost enormous costs and we would lose a piece of our history, because the cells, including my uncle, would no longer be accessible to the people. In my opinion, it would be cheaper to build an underground prison.

In 1992, a drug smug named Fred Brizzi claimed to have flown the Anglin brothers shortly to Mexico. The nephew’s opinion is also supported by the fact that he leaked in 2018: the US authorities obtained a letter allegedly written by John Anglin five years earlier. It was in it:

« I am John Anglin. In June 1962, I fled from Alcatraz with my brother Clarence and Frank Morris. I am 83 years old and in bad condition. I am cancerous. Yes, we all did it that night, but it just succeeded! Frank died in October 2005.
