Two 19-year-olds from Kluczbork fired at the school. Losses to over 4,000 zloty
On May 26, an unusual report received an unusual report to the Kluczbork police station. The director of one of the schools in the city informed the officers about damaged windows in the windows of the facility. The incident probably occurred outside the school’s working hours. Forensic technicians were immediately directed to the place who carried out a visual inspection.

Traces on the windows clearly indicated that the damage arose as a result of shots of pneumatic weapons, commonly called windbreaker. As established, the perpetrators hit the windows of the building several times, causing serious damage.
Criminals in Kluczbork immediately dealt with the matter. Thanks to intensive operational activities, people suspected of vandalism were in a short time. Already the day after the notification, the police detained two 19-year-old residents of Kluczbork.
During the search of the apartment of one of them, the officers secured a pneumatic pistol. It was this weapon that was used to fire the school. Both young men confessed both to have a windbreaker and to destroy property.
They will be responsible for the destruction of property
Although the windbreaker used did not require permission to possess, this does not release the perpetrators from criminal liability. The police gathered sufficient evidence to present them with the destruction of property. According to the Penal Code, such an act is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment.
For now, it is not known what prompted teenagers to behave. The police did not reveal whether they were deliberately acting. The court will decide about their further fate.
