The host of the TV show “Eat at home” and actress Julia Vysotskaya received 25% in three structures based on Perm Planet Planet, “Arctic”, “Azon” and “Pharmacy 59”. Almost five years ago, her husband, film director Andrei Konchalovsky, acquired a share in this network.
The owner of a 25% shares of three Perm LLCs – Arctic, Azon and Pharmacy 59, which are part of the Planet Health Group, on April 22–23, 2025, was the TV presenter and entrepreneur Julia Vysotskaya, follows the Unified State Register of Legalist. 75% in these legal entities remained the founder of the Planet of Health Planet Alexander Brovaryz. According to the SPARK, the total revenue of Arctic and Azon in 2024 amounted to more than 3 billion rubles, net profit – more than 177 million rubles. Julia Vysotskaya is the host of the culinary program “Eat at home” and the morning program “Breakfast with Julia Vysotskaya”. She has been developing the brand “Eat at home” for more than 20 years with her husband – film director Andrei Konchalovsky.
The representative of Mrs. Vysotskaya confirmed Kommersant that the TV presenter became a co -owner of a 25% network of Planet Planet pharmacies, adding that she will become her ambassador.
At the same time, the strategic goal of partnership is to create a new format of pharmacies, which involves the sale of not only drugs, but also food, sports goods, cosmetics, and dishes. In addition, the network will have the opportunity to get information support, consulting a doctor and compose a personal nutrition diet.

The amount of the transaction for the purchase of Julia Vysotskaya shares in the structures of the Planet Planet of Health is not disclosed.
In 2020, Andrei Konchalovsky also received a 25% share in the Perm Planet Holding Permovarian company. Then the director noted that, « if you combine pharmacies with products that Julia Vysotskaya make, you can get interesting synergy. »
The “Health Planet” founded in Perm is part of the ten largest Russian pharmaceuticals, it has 2.7 thousand pharmacies throughout Russia. Created by the Perm businessman Alexander Brovaryz.
