Trump: Tesla vandalism worse than Capitol attack
US President Donald Trump finds the current vandalism against Tesla cars of his familiar Elon Musk worse than the violent attack on the Capitol four years ago. During a appearance in the White House, Trump complained about « burning sales rooms » and Tesla cars, « which burn, explode ». With regard to the perpetrators in these property damage, the 78-year-old said: « These are terrorists. » He pushed after: « It didn't exist on January 6th. » On January 6, 2021, nobody was killed, « except for a very beautiful young woman ».
Most recently, vandalism vehicles have become increasingly targeted in the United States – in protest against the company boss, Tech billionaire Musk, who currently enforces a clear cut in the American state apparatus without any political mandate for Trump.
Trump makes Tesla sales show in front of the White House
Trump had openly shown himself to pursue violence against Tesla as domestic terrorism. He now said in the White House that the perpetrators could get up to 20 years in prison, « and they will get it. (…) There will be no mitigating circumstances and there will be no pardon ».
No mild for Tesla-Zündler, but for Capitol offenders
The perpetrators of the Capitol attack, on the other hand, had pardoned Trump as one of his first official acts, just a few hours after his inauguration in January – and without exception. Among them were violent perpetrators who had brutally beaten up police officers, and prominent radicals of right -wing radicals who had orchestrated the attack from afar.

On January 6, 2021, supporters of the then President Trump violently stormed the parliamentary seat in Washington. There the congress came together that day to formally confirm the victory of the Democrat Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election against Trump. Trump had previously starked his supporters in a speech and over weeks earlier with unoccupied claims that the election victory was stolen by fraud. Trump has been trying to reinterpret and downplaying January 6, 2021 for years. It was not a storm, but a « day of love », he repeated during his election campaign.
Unlike Trump claims, several people were killed due to the riots. Among them were a rioter who was shot by the police, and a police officer who collapsed and died a day after the mission. According to forensic medicine, he suffered a stroke. However, a connection with the events on the Capitol was not excluded.
