Trump suspended tariffs for the EU, the euro rises to the highest level of the last three years

The euro increased to the highest level in more than three years against the US dollar during the Asian session on Friday trading as investors continued to sell American assets among US President Donald Trump’s chaotic tariffs.

The euro and the dollar increased from the middle level of 1.09 to 1,1387, expanding its observed profits since Thursday after Trump banned reciprocal tariffs for all countries except China, where it raised the tax to 145%.
