Trump, surprise statement about Putin

« Perhaps » that the Russian president « does not want to stop the war » in Ukraine, Donald Trump said on his social network Social Social on Saturday.

Trump’s message is first critic to his predecessors at the White House, namely Joe Biden and Barack Obama, and to the American journalists who criticize a peace plan that he proposed for the conclusion of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Earlier Saturday, the Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov said Putin told President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, during their meeting on Friday in Kremlin, that he is ready to negotiate the conflict in Ukraine ‘without any prior condition’.
