US President Donald Trump expressed disappointment because of a Russian rocket strike in Kiev and uncertainty about Putin’s intentions to end the war.

Details: Trump expressed his disappointment about Russian ruler Vladimir Putin because of a rocket strike in Kiev and stated that he could not confidently say whether the Russian leader was seriously set up to end the war.
