Truck control in Altrier reveals numerous violations
During a traffic control with a focus on truck cars, the police found numerous violations on National Road 11 at Altrier on Thursday. A total of twelve trucks were checked between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. – there were 28 complaints.

It was particularly common to disregard provisions on transit traffic: in seven cases, drivers did not stick to the applicable rules. Even more frequently, namely in eleven cases, violations of the so-called social regulations were found- for example in terms of steering and rest periods.
There were also abnormalities in terms of security: five trucks showed defects in the prescribed security equipment, in two other cases the load was not properly secured. The drivers concerned were occupied with charges subject to charges.
