Trainer warns against dangerous drugs

Sudden cardiac arrest during sports festival

Jodi Vance was a talented bodybuilder with several titles behind him.

She was present at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus last week, where she guided other athletes on stage.

In the middle of the event, however, she began to feel ill and was rushed to the hospital:

« Her heart stopped due to complications of severe dehydration. Despite all the hospital's efforts they could not revive her. She was a beautiful human being both inside and outside and she will be missed every day, » a message from her family says Instagram.

The family emphasizes that the death came completely unexpectedly and that Jodi Vance had not previously had known health problems.

Jodi Vance's coach Justin Mihaly believes she made a serious mistake ahead of her tragic death.

He reveals that without his or his family's knowledge she used two extremely dangerous substances to improve his performance:

« She experimented with substances that could have serious consequences. Extreme dehydration was what eventually led to her heart attack, but it is still unclear exactly what drugs she consumed. » says Mihaly according to Telegraaf.

Although no official autopsy report has yet been published, Mihaly urges other athletes to be careful about what they are taking in trying to optimize their bodies.
