– I am a definite supporter of regulation of access to it. It is a fire and mortal weapon in its use. Since it is a historical weapon, I think that there should be a permit for collector’s purposes. I do not understand the arguments that this is a limitation of civic freedom, we are not Americans to have it inscribed in the constitution. Anyway, the Americans themselves are reflected with hiccups, at every major shooting – says openly Jan Gołębiowski, a well -known profiler, court expert, author of publications on criminal profiling.

– These are contemporary replicas of historic weapons, which was produced until 1885. The originals are difficult to find and are very expensive. So we have replicas, nowadays made cowboy, known to us from westerns, other types of capson weapons. I will add that this is not a historic weapon, but contemporary – says Jan Gołębiowski.
– The weapon is true and fatal in their effects, if someone uses it in a way that is incompatible with its purpose, i.e. collecting old weapons and shooting sport. The replicas of old weapons can be killed – says Gołębiowski, criminal profiler, and court expert.
At the end of the last year, Rafał Jankowski, chairman of the NSZZ Policeman Main Board, applied for the regulation of black -scholar weapons. In the petition to the Speaker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia, he postulated, among others Introduction of the obligation to register black -scholar weapons and introduce criteria of the same as when permission to have other types of firearms. – The petition went to the team in the Ministry of Interior and Administration and got stuck. MPs did not show off, nobody wanted to give a legislative run. Meanwhile, more people are dying – says Rafał Jankowski.

Replicas were excluded from the legal jurisdiction, which led to a free American.
Today, black -scholar defends can be used by both mentally unstable people and bandits who cannot legal permission to gain firearms and at the same time do not want to risk buying weapons on the black market. The latter is very expensive and buying is associated with high risk. It is easier, legal, in a legal way to get a black people, equally effective.
– Therefore, it is necessary to cover the weapon with a black legal regulation. If someone is passionate about such a weapon, it is neither difficult nor terrifying to get permission for her. Nothing difficult, I am healthy both physically and mentally, I am not a punished person, I pass the procedure and get papers. I do not understand all this hysteria that there are black clouds over the black gunpowder – says Jan Gołębiowski.
