Tragedy in Katowice. Two women are dead
The drama took place on Saturday, March 22. Services after 20.00 they received a notification about the possible carbon monoxide poisoning at the University Street in Katowice. After arriving at the place, firefighters found two unconscious people in the apartment. The dramatic fight for their lives began.

Firefighters Together with the team of rescuers, they resuscitated two injured women. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of their life services, it was not possible to save. The doctor could only find death.
From the beginning of the heating season, 12 victims have already been reported in the Śląskie Voivodeship, which were killed as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Carbon monoxide, otherwise chad, is sometimes called a silent killer. It’s colorless, odorless and strongly poisonous gas. It may be emitted as a result of a fire, but also as a result of the incorrect operation of heating systems, internal combustion and ventilation systems.
Poisoning it occurs most often in the autumn and winter season, when we begin to heat apartments and houses. The fire brigade and police regularly appeal to install smoke and carbon monoxide sensors in homes. This can help protect yourself from the tragedy.
