Toyota presents the Toyota C-HR+
Proposing elegant and impressive coupe lines, the Toyota C-HR has made over a million sales in Europe during its two generations.
Scheduled to be released in selected European markets in late 2025 and with full availability by 2026, the new model will complete Toyota’s range with the brand new Urban Cruiser and the new BZ4X, offering an impressive range of products in categories B, C and D-SUV BEV.
Its arrival will further enhance Toyota’s multi-technology strategy, « Toyota Multi-Pathway », along with Hybrid Electric, Plug-in Hybrid Electric, purely electric and electric hydrogen-blistering vehicles, with the aim of moving for all and achieving the purpose Europe in 2035.
Based on the e-tnga, the exclusive toyota battery philosophy features a unique bodywork and interior. Its appearance is pure and dynamic, combining simplicity with a strong emotional appeal that touches both the heart and the mind.
The interior exudes a modern feel and sophistication, creating a welcoming and open environment, with atmospheric lighting adding a sophisticated touch. With a total length of 4,520 mm, the wheelbase extends to 2,750 mm. This helps to secure rich areas with a generous height for the head and a distance of 900 mm between the front and rear passengers. The result is the creation of a cabin with more space than one would expect from a Class C. SUV. The spaciousness and overall visibility make the Toyota C-HR+ an excellent choice for comfort and flexibility, while practicality and ease are supported by a 416-liter loading area.
The Toyota C-HR+ features versions that match everyone’s requirements. Recognizing the diverse needs and priorities of customers, Toyota will offer two different battery options. A 57.7 kWh mixed unit will be available exclusively for the front -wheel drive model, while a larger 77 kWh will be available for both front -wheel drive and four -wheel drive. This variety of options will allow Toyota to reach a wide range of customers in the C-SUV category.
To the characteristic smooth, quiet and sophisticated performance of a purely toyota electric vehicle now comes to add impressive power. In fact, with the exception of the high performance cars’ proposals, the C-HR+ will be the most powerful model in the Toyota European range.
AWD version expected to deliver 343 din hp / 252 kWensuring acceleration of 0-100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds*. The front -wheel drive model with the 57.7 kWh battery will deliver 167 DIN HP / 123 KW – the 77 kWh battery version increases the performance to 224 din HP / 165 kW.
The four -wheel drive version confirms the identity item of Toyota C-HR+ as authentic SUV. This system optimizes traction and hold, while facilitating the utilization of the extra torque and power offered by a BEV. This has a positive effect on both safety and driving experience.
The 11 kW built -in charger is provided standard, while a stronger 22 kW is available in the High version. Rapid DC charging can be made with power reaching 150 kW.
Efficient dynamic performance and delightful driving character are key poles of toyota C-HR+. In addition to the inherent durability, stiffness and flexibility of the exclusive Bev platform, the suspension elements have been accurately adjusted for the new model, including the efficiency of springs and shock absorbers, as well as the stiffness of the reversal beams. In addition, the electrically assisted steering has revised mapping aimed at improved response.
Stability has been enhanced through increased body rigidity and lower center of gravity. Reduced inertia torque contributes to increased flexibility of handling.
A 14-inch multimedia display will be standard in all Toyota C-HR+models, being the central element of the dashboard design. The navigation system has a special EV guidance function, which calculates routes with convenient charging stations, depending on the battery charge of the vehicle’s battery and the autonomy available.
The new C-HR+ will be available for order in our country in early July.
