Tomasz Symonowicz has been running a 20-hectare farm for years, specializing in breeding of Naoski hens. However, in addition to working in agriculture, he has also been an avid gym for over two decades. It is the combination of these two passions that owes its nickname.
– At the beginning, a colleague from the gym suggested to name my account on the internet « King of Kur ». However, I decided that « Turborolnik » better reflects my personality – laughs Tomasz.
300 eggs a day and a secret feed recipe
Turborolnik collects about 300 eggs every day from its laying. They enjoy great interest of customers. – All production is selling on the trunk – admits the man. One egg costs PLN 1.20. Their unique taste and aroma are due to a special feed, which Tomasz prepares himself. – I make food for my own grain. I have my secret recipe for this – he reveals proudly.
Life in the countryside instead of a block. « I can’t imagine another place »
Love for agriculture accompanies Tomasz from an early age. – I was drawn to the role since childhood. Even as a young boy, I helped neighbors, for example, reaching cows – he recalls. Today he cannot imagine life in the city, let alone in the block. – My farm is my passion. This is where I feel fulfilled – he adds.
Gym three times a week
Although running a farm is full -time work, Tomasz finds time for his second passion – sport. He visits the gym regularly, three times a week. – The gym is a stepping stone for me, but also a way to maintain good form – he emphasizes.
Turborolnik is an example of a man who combines traditional life in the countryside with a modern approach to the promotion of his activities. Thanks to his charisma and commitment, he became an inspiration for many people, showing that life in the countryside can be not only hard work, but also a source of great satisfaction.
