Tomasevic on the annulment of the procurement for the railroad by Heinzel: ‘I am not like 90 percent of politicians …’

– We will build a waste management center on Resnik. There is a conceptual project that is presented to the public and the expected start of work is at the end of next year. However, one part will remain in the Waste Management Center as in other counties, which is fuel from waste. And for that fuel from the waste, we wanted to make a studio to see if it was worth building our own energy, Tomasevic said.

– There were four acceptable offers and the most favorable offer was selected and we expect by the end of the year to have a feasibility study, he announced.

He commented on decisions related to the construction of a tram stripe on Heinzel Street.

– The decision on the annulment was made, for the public procurement of the construction of the tram railway according to Heinzelov, because the economic most favorable offer was 40% greater than the estimated value, and I am convinced that 90% of politicians in my place, since the elections were local in five weeks, would make the decision to take 20 million euros to the expensive offer and that I do not think that I do. The responsibility of managing the city money responsibly – he emphasized.

He also commented on the GUP case.

– The ministry did not provide any answers why we did not receive consent, did not provide answers, which specifically the proposal for amendment and supplementation of GUP was inconsistent with the Law on Physical Planning and Construction, which is only their jurisdiction – he said.

– The Ministry can see exactly the compliance of the law in relation to that law. Six months after the GUP was in the Ministry, only now did they decide to ask any other public bodies, whether the GUP of the City of Zagreb is aligned with other laws, which is not practice, nor do we see that it is so defined in the existing law – he emphasized.

He recalled that the City of Osijek should not be obtained in the Ministry for its GUP.

‘Slowing down GUP

« This is not in accordance with practice and law, and they had had six months earlier to do it, » he added.
