The authorities of the Narva-Yesuu invite residents of the city to take part in the preparation of the General Plan (General layout) of the city of Narva-YESUSU and present their opinion on the report of a strategic assessment of environmental impact.
The General Plan in development operates throughout the territory of self-government (after the administrative reform of 2017, the area of the city of Narva-YESUSUU is 404, 66 sq. Km, the population of the city of Narva-Yesuu today is 4828 people), and will determine its future development in the coming decades, including residential development, protection of natural territories and modernization of public spaces.
So, for example, the master plan provides for the development of the Narva-Yesuu embankment-the creation of new recreation areas, bicycle and pedestrian paths, landscaping of the territory;
The development of residential areas – the expansion of residential areas in the villages of Olgin and Sinimaye, the construction of modern apartment buildings; Improving transport infrastructure – road modernization, construction of new bus stops, expansion of a network of bicycle paths; a ban on the placement of enterprises with a high environmental load near residential areas; Nature protection is the introduction of additional measures to protect coastal territories, parks and forests.
Especially the master plan can interest people who own real estate in Narva-Yesuu, Goroprava believes.

Feedback from citizens is expected within 30 days from the date of receipt of materials. And if we take into account that the letters were sent at the end of February, the deadline for answers is nearing.
“If you do not express your opinion within 30 days from the date of receipt of the project of the general plan and the KSH report and do not request an extension of the deadline, we will assume that you do not want to speak out,” the Narva-Yesuu city council, which residents of the city, said.
As the Narva newspaper, Olga Rudomina, a specialist in the planning of the Goroprava, is the Narva-YESSUU, there is feedback from residents-primarily from the owners of private plots of land. Most often, the owners clarify that they have the right to build on their site, what restrictions are, someone will find out if there is an opportunity to change the intended purpose of the land. The administration of the city promises to notify each resident with a separate letter about the decision on the adoption of the master plan.
According to Olga Rudomina, the overall layout of the resort (or, as it is now customary to say, small Narva-Yesuu) was made in 2019. But the general layout, for example, Vaivara, which is now also part of the Big Narva-Yesuu, was carried out back in 2010, before the administrative reform.
Recall that during the administrative reform of 2017, five cities of Estonia united with neighboring volosts, and now there are still villages and villages on their territory. These five cities are Pyarn, Paida, Narva-Yesuu, Haapsalu and Tartu. According to such an indicator as the area of the city, Narva-Yesuu became the third largest city in the country, even overtaking Tallinn.
