Tirana Prosecutor’s Office seizes 9000m2 of land in Fushe-Preza

At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana General Jurisdiction Court, 9,000 m2 of land in Fushë Preza were seized.

In the framework of the investigation into criminal proceedings No. 2754 of 2025 registered for ‘fraud’ and ‘cleansing of the products of the criminal offense’, it turned out that the citizen was able to acquire through fraud and abuse of confidence 9000m2 of land and then sold for monetary benefits.

Investigations began after the citizen MD reported to the Prosecutor’s Office that the land of his grandfather’s field obtained by Law No. 7501, no longer appeared as the property of his family.

From the investigation, it was concluded that this property had been owned by the citizen, although the owners were the whole family and the property could not be sold or alienated, without the approval and consent of other members of the agricultural family, who were part of it in 1992.

From the documentation administered, it turns out that the citizen owned this property. Asked about the purchase, the citizen Father gave two versions for the property, once that the property was his father and he has old documentation and then stated that he bought it. Meanwhile, there is no evidence that the above citizens had the payment and source to pay the amount of money of 62,203,500 ALL or (450,000 euros) paid for the purchase of the property. This property is donated to the citizen in 2016 by the BV citizen, represented by Av this citizen explained that he bought the property in the amount of 100,000 euros from it

From the entirety of the investigation, it turned out that the citizen Father deceived the HD citizen, taking his property and transferring him to his own.
