Three violence demanded a minor to enter the casino, a procedure initiated
The Skopje Prosecutor’s Office initiated a procedure for three people, who on April 30 in the evening, demanded that a minor enter a casino in Drachevo.
-The public prosecutor of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje initiated proceedings against three persons aged 35, 50 and 43 for the crime -violence referred to in Article 386 paragraph 3 in relation to paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. The same event, in accordance with the Law on Children for Children, will be initiated against a 17-year-old in conflict with the law-the Public Prosecutor’s Office said today.
They explain that on April 30 in the evening, in front of a casino in Drachevo, all suspects in the group abused and bodily injured a casino employee, causing a sense of insecurity, endangerment and fear.
– The incident happened when the minor wanted to enter the casino and the employee did not release it. The juvenile threatened that and called the other suspects who arrived in front of the casino with two cars. They first threatened the injured party asking the child to enter or burn the casino, and when he refused, they surrounded him and physically assaulted him, hitting him with boxing and inflicting bodily injuries. One of the suspects out of the vehicle pulled out a wooden knife and began swinging to the injured party, who pulled to the casino entrance. Passers -by prevented them from continuing their violence, but the injured and publicly caused the suspects to make a sense of insecurity, endangerment and fear – the PPO said in a statement.
A competent public prosecutor submitted to the court a proposal for precautionary measures for the suspects, which include a ban on leaving the residence / residence, obligation to occasionally report an official and the seizure of travel documents.
