Three teens fatally beat the senior. They recorded everything on the phone
At the end of February, a man named Fredi Rivero was passing around the bus stop in Islington in the north of London. Then three teens got off the bus and surrounded it immediately. Girls aged 15, 16 and 17 pushed, kicked and beat a 75-year-old. One of them recorded everything with her phone.
During the investigation, the police secured the monitoring recording. It shows, the oldest of the girls beats the victim on his head, which causes the man to fall on his back. The police were called to place around 23:25. The uniforms found an unconscious rivero on the pavement. The man had a serious head injury, and a heartbeat was arrested.
The 75-year-old was taken to the Royal London hospital, where his death was later found. Girls, whose names were not given due to the fact that they are minors, appeared on June 12 in court in Old Bailey.
Teens pleaded guilty
The girls confessed to the murder. Judge Judy Khan, who presided over the trial, decided about the temporary custody for the perpetrators.
The family of Rivero from Bolivia was devastated by his death. The man’s daughter, his ex -wife and cousins appeared at the Thursday trial. The final judgment is to be made on the fifth September.
