Lamb ribs marinated in honey and spices
Ingredients: 1.5 kg of lamb ribs, 2 onions, 2 teaspoons ground garlic, 3 teaspoons honey, 3 teaspoons olive oil, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, cup of wine, pepper, salt, 1/4 cup lemon juice, teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation: In a smaller bowl, mix sliced onions, garlic, oil, honey, soy sauce, wine, pepper, salt, lemon juice and cinnamon. Put the lamb in a fireproof pan and pour it over with this mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour and transfer to the oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with vegetables.
Lamb under the bake
Ingredients: 1.80 kg of lamb thigh, kg of potatoes, 250 g of onions, 1.5 dcl of oil, 3 sprigs of rosemary, 2 bay leaf, salt, pepper
Preparation: Wash the lamb thigh, wipe and cut into two or three pieces. Rub it with large sea salt. Peel the potatoes and cut in half. Peel the onions and cut into larger plates. Put the prepared meat on the bottom oval baking pan. Arrange the potatoes and onions around the meat and add the rosemary and laurel. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the oil and cover.
Cover everything well and bake on a glowing plate or hearth for 1.5-2 hours. If desired, with lamb meat you can prepare other types of meat with other vegetables other than potatoes; carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini.
Finded lamb thigh
Ingredients: 1 kg of lamb boneless thigh, 3 slices of toast, parsley, 6 anchovies, 4 cloves of garlic, lemon egg whites, 200 ml of white wine, 100 ml of chicken foundation, 6 onions, 4 artichokes, 10 dried tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, 10 potatoes, orange, orange, rosemary
Preparation: Mix the toast, anchovies and parsley and add the lemon zest, egg white, salt and pepper. Put the thigh with this mixture and secure everything with kitchen threads or toothpicks. Still salt and pepper and oil. Put in a tin with garlic and rosemary and bake for 15 min at 220 ° C. Pour over with wine and foundation and bake for another half hour at 180 ° C. Peel the onions and cook it for five minutes in ground water. Fry it in oil and add artichokes. During this time, place the potatoes in the oven and bake until they have a color. Add lemon juice and tomatoes to the pan. Put everything in a baking sheet with meat and bake for another half hour.
