BRATISLAVA. After a large Tuesday police action, the prosecutor proposes that three of the detained members of the masked gang be taken into custody. They accused a total of 14 people.
The event was directed against members of the neo -Nazi gang, which during the winter terrorized the inhabitants of Bratislava.
The proposal for custody was filed on Wednesday at night by the Regional Bratislava prosecutor to the Specialized Criminal Court in Banská Bystrica.
The reason for custody is the fear of continuing crime.
Three persons related to the proposal have been lawfully punished in the past for intentional crimes and two of them for extremist crimes.
« A suspicious member of the group, which should also include minors, is blamed for committing several extremist crimes, » informs the spokeswoman and prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office Gabriela Kováčová.
The media reported on Tuesday that the juvenile police had been detained directly in schools.
In addition to extremist crimes, they are also suspected of being accused of establishing an extremist group, manifestation of sympathy for the movements suppressing fundamental human rights and the expansion of extremist material.
