Three detained after drugs found during searches in Strumica and Gevgelija
Three people were deprived of their liberty after drugs were found during searches in Strumica and Gevgelija, the Interior Ministry said today.
Yesterday, police officers deprived GD, at the age of 36, from the village of Bansko.
– During a search of his home, carried out by court order, more marijuana packages and objects with marijuana remains were found. Following further measures and an executive conversation with GD, it was found that the drugs possessed along with DK, at the age of 20 from the village of Bansko, who was then deprived of liberty- explained by the Ministry of Interior.
A public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office – Strumica was aware of the event. The persons were detained at the Strumica Police Station. After documenting the case, an appropriate report will be filed against them.
In Gevgelija he was deprived of his liberty and BT, 20-year-old from this city.
– During the inspection of a passenger vehicle « Mini » with Gevgelija license plates, BT. He threw a box of marijuana from the vehicle, which was found and seized. After that, on the basis of a court order, a search was carried out at the home of BT, where more seeds were found from the cannabis plant, marijuana remains and digital scales with marijuana remnants – MoI added.
