Thousands of people in Warsaw gathered for two parallel marches of presidential candidates
On Sunday, the Poles from all over the country came to Warsaw to join the patriotic marches, headed by Rafal Tshaskovsky and Karol Navrotsky, who would compete for the post of President in the second round of the election on June 1.

Marches occur along routes located at a distance of several hundred meters from each other.
The organizers by both presidential candidates say they expect 100,000 people at each of the marches.
In the first round of the presidential election on May 18, the candidate from power, Rafal Taskovsky, was slightly ahead of Karol Navrotsky, an independent candidate supported by the Opposition Party « PAS ».
The participants of the « Great March of the Patriots » Rafala Tshaskovsky pass from Bank Square to the Square of the Constitution. The Tashaskovsky march is attended by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Viceremier Vice Vladislav Kosyniak-Kkysh, Seim’s Speaker Shimon Golovny.
The Taszkovsky headquarters reported that the selected President of Romania Nikusor Dan will take part in the Marsha in support of the candidate.

The second round of the election of the President of Poland will take place on June 1.
