What is offered at the Modular Festival this year?
The « DJ stage on the meadow » is right at the entrance, reports festival manager July Appel on a tour. This has the advantage that visitors who are still at the entrance are sounded by the music. There are three other stages this year. The large stage on the boiler, which offers 160 square meters of visible space for the main acts such as Zartmann or picture book. More artists play on stage in the park. This year the newcomers will be presented on the stage at the pond, which is located in the courtyard between the apparatus and music box. « We always wanted to have a stage here. During the day, the kids program with, among other things, marmel railway and goal wall shooting takes place. There are concerts in the evening, » said Julia Appel. In addition, there is a beer garden in the Kulturhof and the area in which the volunteers, the volunteers can withdraw.
Modular Festival 2025: These are the acts
Shortly before the start, the organizers presented a new headliner: Instead of Mayberg, the Austrian band picture book will be on stage on Saturday evening. They are welcome guests in Augsburg – they already created a good atmosphere at the modular festival 2022. The German singer-songwriter Mayberg had long been booked as a headliner for Saturday evening. Then a cancellation came. The artist announced on social media that he loved his work, but sometimes brings them to pages that burdened him. « I always notice a little more clearly that I need a strict break, » he announced. With a heavy heart he decided to cancel concert dates. In addition to picture book and Zartmann, the multi -award -winning rapper Badmómzjay will perform. Other acts include Lara Hulo, Jassin, Bac, Frytz, Paula Engels and Marnele.
Modular Festival: Are there still tickets?
So far, tickets for every single festival day and also the festival ticket (for three days) be bought. « The online pre-sale of the day tickets goes daily until 2 p.m., then there is the box office at the entrance. The admission price is the same, » says festival manager Clemens Wieser.
