‘Storm’ is one of the twelve songs that will be found on Thompson’s upcoming ‘Pilgrim’ album.
This is the lyrics of the song:
Hey, Dinar of all Croats Mountain,
Solid stino, heart stormy,
What ignites the flame of victory
Ninety -five!
Let this win
All the names of our grandparents,
The same dreams we dreamed of,
The same dawn we woke up…
Sing Sokola, a victory song!
Over Knin, Dinara,
through the land free.
Let people see you
And let the song rise,
high up to the sky,
let the storm carry you,
Flies and defies!
Burning the sky, hitting thunder,
Worse land, go angry spiders,
Wolves, Termites, Black Hosovci,
Falcons, Puma, kuna, tigers…
Zvonimire, Croatian King,
Now let history speak;
Sons brave message send,
Let the flag swing!
Sing Sokola, a victory song!
Over Knin, Dinara,
through the land free.
Let people see you
And let the song rise,
high up to the sky,
let the storm carry you,
Flies and defies!

The publication of the song ‘Storm’ comes at the moment when Thompson’s career is under the magnifying glass of the public because of significant changes in his accompanying band.
Namely, just two months before the big concert at the Zagreb Hippodrome, Thompson parteded with the finished whole band. The first departure was published by drummer Ivica Bilic after 19 years of cooperation, and then a keyboardist, guitarist and bass guitarist left.
Nevertheless, Thompson said that changes in the lineup are not uncommon and that he brings together a new team of musicians for the upcoming concerts, including the announced big appearance in Split on May 1st and a historic concert at the Hippodrome July 5.
