This one gives you a clip in the driver’s license
In relation to speed offenses, not everyone knows when the hammer will fall.
If you drive between 0 & 30% too strong, it triggers a fine. If, on the other hand, you drive between 31 & 60% too strong – you get a clip in your driver’s license. If you drive 61-99% too strongly, it also triggers a conditional exemption. If you drive 100% too strong, or above, where you run at least 100 km/h, it triggers an unconditional disqualification, confiscation of the vehicle and 20 days conditional imprisonment.
Besides many other basic wrongdoing – there is still a wrongdoing that you may not think about in daily life.
It is that overhaul in a predecessor field – it gives a fine of DKK 2,000, a clip in the driver’s license and DKK 500 to the victim fund.
Here is the wording in The Traffic Act.
§ 25. Driving, which is approaching a pedestrian field, may not overhaul or pass another vehicle if this vehicle prevents full view of the pedestrian field.
So you must have completed your possible overhaul before entering a pedestrian field, otherwise the hammer will fall.
Run properly. Run by conditions. Run according to the Traffic Act and expel attention.
If everyone followed the Road Traffic Act always, then a traffic accident would never occur.
