This is Todoric’s birthplace, now selling it. Price? A little thing! The boss revealed to us the reason

In the quiet settlement of Kloštar Ivanic, there is a house with a white facade that carries traces of time. Next to the yellow flowers and the well at the entrance is a magnolia in full bloom, and behind them the blinds are lowered. This house belongs to the Todoric family, known for its business ascent in Croatia, and now it is for sale. The inscription « For sale house and garden » on the fence of the house further confirms that the time has come. According to the cadastre data, the house belongs to Ante Todoric, the father of Ivica Todoric, a former Agrokor leader.

– It is Ivica Todoric’s birthplace, they started there – says one of the locals of Kloštar Ivanic, recalling that the Todorici nearby had a flower nursery now abandoned.

« All this is decaying, » adds a neighbor, who claims the house has been empty for years.

« We saw only one boy who was occasionally coming to mow the grass, but there was no one from Todoric for a long time, » he says.

Although the house and land have not been used for a long time, the estate of 1655 m2, according to the cadastral data, still carries the seal of former importance. It is 170 m2 to the house and the economic building, while the yard occupies 500 m2 and the rest of the land is used as arable land.

As we learn, the house is sold for 120,000 euros, but a price can be negotiated. The sale goes directly through an intermediary, a family friend who has the keys to see the house, not through the real estate agencies.

The house was maintained so that it was sometimes mowing around it, repairing it if there was a big malfunction, but it was not specifically invested in it for more than 15 years, so it is necessary to make some interventions when moving in.

In it lived the father of Ivica Todoric, Ante, with his wife until her death. The house originally belonged to the punch of Ante Todoric, or Ivica’s grandfather. The house has four rooms. On the ground floor there are a kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet, and on the first floor two rooms, one of which has a special bathroom and toilet. The house has no basement, but it has an attic, which is in a correct state. What is most adorned with the house is a large and spacious yard, in which there is a lot of greenery, but also a cottage, in which they kept wine at one time, and now serves as a kind of pantry. The first neighbors are not right next to you, but they are 30 meters away, so the house is quite private and hidden from view.

We asked Ivica Todoric about the sale. The former owner of Agrokor confirmed to us that the house owned by his father Ante (99), who currently lives with him in the castle in Sestine above Zagreb.

– I left the house to my sister, who announced the sale, but we would see if she would sell herself, she wanted to examine the price more – Todoric told us.

He said that in that house, which had been a mother’s death until his death, he lived only for the first year and a half of his life, and then went to Bošjakovina. From there, a business climb, first his father, who was the director, and then he began to develop his job by selling flowers from Godplay.

It was in Bošjakovina that Ante the Elder met her future wife, teacher Mira Postek, daughter of a wealthy Bacvar from Kloštar Ivanic. They got married in 1950, and that year they got a son Ivica, while the daughter of Jadranka was born in 1952. It is not known much about the sister of Ivica Todoric, except that she was born in 1952 in Kloštar Ivanic.

It is also known that, while Ante Todoric was in prison, the wife of Mira with Ivica and Jadranka, lived on Pantovcak in 198. They kept the apartment because, according to the verdict, all Antina assets should have been confiscated. Jadranka is just being said to have been unscrupulous. Specifically, her son -in -law Vedran Bekavac presented serious accusations on Jadranka’s account, and he particularly accused her of trying to take away his business capacity.

Todoric is currently running arbitration at the International Court in Washington for Agrokor. Arbitration is a secret and depends on it whether its theses will be robbed to be managed to prove. If he succeeds, the state will have to pay him billions of compensation, but on the other hand, the DORH and the government give an argument that Agrokor was overwhelmed and therefore left it to the state, which saved him.

Todoric’s Kulmer’s yards are owned on the slopes of Medvednica. The same proportions are owned by Ivica and the children – Ante, Ive and John. In the indictment, which was not confirmed because expert evaluation was due to conflict of interest, the Kulmer’s courts were also an example of drawing money from Agrokor.

The indictment stated that the castle first bought Agrokor and spent money to arrange, and then Ivica Todoric raised a loan of HRK 128 million to pay off his company at the time. However, in this expertise it states that by complex financial operations and including Investco, everything fell on the back of Agrokor. And an internal decoration of 606,000 euros has left Agrokor’s account in Switzerland.

A new expert witness is underway, which is a prerequisite for a new indictment, so it will be seen whether this finding will repeat.

In any case, the yard and the castle are extremely neat and maintained, although there is a lot of money only for overheads, such as heating, and for maintenance.

The sale of a house in Kloštar Ivanic is an unusual move because Todoric has never been inclined to sell but buy. He never sold any companies from Agrokor, nor did it sell real estate when the family seemed to be bankrupt because their accounts were blocked.

A house worth one million euros is on Pantovcak. This is where the Todorići used to live in Zagreb. Villa, or apartments in it, are today to the son of Anto Todoric. The villa consists of two beautiful luxury apartments. The first has an area of 207 square meters and five rooms. A 37 square meter garage also goes with him. The second apartment is in the attic. In more than 100 square meters, a living room, extra room, kitchen and toilet are spread.

At the height of power, the daughter of Iva bought the property with a beautiful wooden house, which was named the magic hut because of a really fairy -tale interior. Even today, she is owned by her, and despite his difficult business days, after 2020 she made a pool with her. Unlike Kulmer’s courts, which Ivica Todoric redeemed, they used more real estate in the days of fame bought by Agrokor. It was an interweaving of personal and company’s money while running her boss Todoric. Former Agrokor bought a beautiful Castella villa for 11 million kuna in Medveja near Opatija.

The whole property extends to about 5000 square meters of parking forest. They also have concessions to the maritime property. The villa has about 400 square meters and the company has invested in its renovation. After the departure of Todoric’s from Agrokor, the extraordinary administration sold it.

Agrokor was also leased by the island of Smokvica near Rogoznica, which was returned to state ownership, then rented to the Hungarians, with whom the contract was terminated and now stands neglected. The huge hunting grounds in Moslavina were Agrokorov, and as Ivica is a passionate hunter, that hunting ground served him for relaxing and hosting his business partners.

The helicopter and the yacht used by the family were also once Agrokorov, but the extraordinary administration sold them to settle their debts.

By the way, Ante Todoric Older, who owns the house in Kloštar Ivanic, an Agroindustrial manager, wrote Express, in the first 1974 verdict, he received as much as 13 years in prison, two basics – because of economic crime (taking too expensive loans, etc.) and what was then called political crime.

« Dad, I’ll take revenge on you, » his son Ivica said aloud when he was pronounced the judgment, who was constantly following the trial.
