This is how the apprenticeship offensive for companies and students works
The final sprint runs until the end for around 19,500 pupils in Bavarian Swabia. According to the Bavarian Ministry of Culture, there will be so many school graduates this year. It is significantly less than last. Because this year a complete high school graduate is missing due to the return to the nine-year high school. Christian Fischer, head of the training department at the IHK Swabia, therefore says: « Graduates of the Middle and Realschule will have even better chances this year to find a job in their dream job. »
The apprenticeship offensive, a joint action by the Schwaben Chamber of Crafts, IHK Schwaben, Federal Employment Agency and the Augsburger General and the Allgäuer Zeitung.
