ANPC ordered the temporary stop of providing services in the H Brewery until the deficiencies found following a control carried out on Friday and fined the location with 30,000 lei for the irregularities found.
ANPC inspectors found cockroaches on both the bar, the bar and the utensils and in the food containers.

« As a result of a notification transmitted, regarding the activity carried out in the working point located in Bucharest, sector 1, Pavel Dimitrievici Kiseleff 32, room 2, floor 2, of the economic operator HH Operations SRL – Berria H, an ANPC team carried out a control in the unit, after which several irregularities were found.

The irregularities found by ANPC

1. In the bar area the presence of living insects was found, as well as cockroaches on both the bar and the utensils used and in the food containers.

2. various assortments of syrups, used in the preparation of drinks, had organoleptic changes.

3. The pavement in the bar area presented quantitative accumulations of liquids in certain areas, deposits of food, fat and dust.

4.. Finished products were identified without identification elements, which would have allowed the establishment on the deadline (eg: panko shrimp, beef, zucchini, onion sweetness).

5. The onion sweetness, stored in glass containers with a threading lid, labeled « prepared in the unit », had the information « product lot 15012025 » and the expiration date 14.02.2025, exceeding the deadline.

6. In the freezer, food (decongested) refrigeration temperature was identified in the freezer.

7. In the storage area, foods without identification elements (onion sweetness, beef, pork, panko shrimp, turkey meat, Romanian sausages, chicken stocks, burgers) were identified.

8. The leakage area from the storage space presents massive fat and food scrap.

9. The collection of residues was done in containers without sanitary protection.

10. Finished products were improperly stored, in the immediate vicinity of the raw material.

11. In the storage space the hygiene was not appropriate, being identified spider cloths and a consistent layer of dust in the less accessible areas.

12. 158 kg of food products, in a total value of 3459 lei, were permanently stopped.

13. The refrigerated aggregates had massive ice deposits.

14. In the kitchen area, non -professional utensils were used, with applied handle.

15. The (sanitized) glasses made available to the consumers were kept in the immediate vicinity of the residual collection containers.

As a result of the finding of these deficiencies, they were stopped from marketing and withdrawn from the consumption circuit 158 ​​kg of products and culinary preparations, in a total value of 3459 lei.

« Also, a sanction worth 30,000 lei was applied and the measure of temporary stopping the services throughout the unit was ordered until the deficiencies are remedied (01.03.2025), » announces ANPC.

Within the control, ice cubes from the unit were taken, which were transmitted to an accredited laboratory to perform microbiological analyzes.
