Trenčín. The reconstruction of the Milan Hodža Milan Hodža Protected Business Academy in Trenčín is approaching the end after almost three years.
The renewal, which had to be completed by another company after the first unsuccessful contractor, are planning to complete the final work at the beginning of this summer.
The construction work within which the building was renewed from the outside and from the inside was described by several participants as complicated and lengthy.

The first stage of renewal did not come out
It was the status of the functionalist monument that was one of the reasons why the whole modernization was not easy.
« It costs more money and the process itself is more lengthy, because the individual procedures must be approved. I am very pleased that the time schedule is going, the construction should be handed over in early July. Next school year pupils will have peace of mind in terms of construction bustle, » said Jaroslav Baška, President of the Trenčín self -governing region.

The second stage of the reconstruction cost the county together 2.1 million euros. The first stage, which the original contractor did not finish, cost 1.5 million euros.
Overall, the region came out of construction work on the building together 3.6 million euros.
Debarierization of EUR 180,000 is partly financed from the renewal plan. The rest, 140,000 euros is financed again by the county. « These are considerable funds that go to this school, » the robe said.
At the same time, the reconstruction has reduced the energy intensity of the building, has a new roof, a cladding and new windows, which are also declared a national cultural monument.
The doors were also renewed, and a new air conditioner also installed in the gym.
« The lights that are now LEDs have been in exchange. In the boiler room we replaced two gas boilers, there will be a heat pump on the principle of air and water. There are new distributions for computer networks and high -speed internet, » added Baška.
The building deserved the reconstruction
Milan Hodža, the director of the Business Academy, described the renewal as a demanding and lengthy renewal.
