The origin and tradition of sheep -croaking dumplings
The story of the sheep’s cottage dumplings comes from Bryndza, the sheep’s cheese. The way Bryndza was prepared by Romanian shepherds by the Slovaks about 600 years ago. This authentic sheep cottage can be the source of many foods, such as various creams, pies and tubular dishes. But it also fits perfectly with polish, shells and a variety of fillings.
