There is evidence that Bore Videvski was at work when the killings of Pance and Vanja, his defender Bojan Manev claims

There is evidence that defendant Bore Videvski during the critical period in which the killings of Pance Zezhovski and Vanja Gjorcevska were at work and that statement was given in the prosecution as early as December 21, 2023, claims Videvski, Bojan Manev, after today’s hearing.

-Defendant Bore Videvski did not participate in any of the two criminal legal events. Why do I claim that? If you take the fact that the prosecution has so far reported three moments indicating the criminal case, the murder of Pance Zezhovski. First when we were at the prosecution on December 21, 2023, as the time of the killing of Pance Zezhovski’s murder is the night of November 22. The indictment is indicted at nine o’clock in the morning on November 22, 2023, but Velibor Manev’s statement says he is on November 23, also in the morning – the lawyer said.

According to him, the prosecution’s mistake is that he did not allow the footage of witness Goce Trajkovski in his statement.

– The prosecution sinned in one thing, that is, that did not allow the footage mentioned by witness Goce Trajkovski in his statement, which saw all of Macedonia, from the Lukoil petrol station near Veles. If you look at those footage carefully, you will see that those footage are from 12 noon on November 22, 2023, which means Pance Zezhovski is alive because he is seen on the shots themselves – the lawyer said.

About the footage of the house of Velibor Manev, where his client Videvski is also seen, said they are not from that day, ie they are not in the day of 21 November 2023 that is found on those recordings.

– The prosecution should first clear up with its own evidence. We have seen that the prosecution itself has been requested today precisely because of one of those evidence that has been obtained after the investigation is completed and the prosecution is allowed to carry out, although it has been completed after the investigation is completed, it is about the subjects of Velibor Manev’s house, which we do not claim to be a day. Records, ie the date he writes on those recordings, while defendant Ljupco Palevski with evidence claims that the Renault Kangu case is not at that moment at the house of Velibor Manev – says Videvski’s defender.

If the evidence is allowed by the prosecution, the defender adds, the evidence of the Public Prosecutor’s Office will be completely eliminated.

Regarding the testimony of defendant Velibor Manev, who confessed to the deeds and pointed to Bore Videvski as one of the perpetrators, Videvski’s defender said he knew it since the beginning of this hearing, was aware of this since the beginning of this hearing, because, as he said, he had an insight into the statements.

– I would not comment at all. In the end there will be confrontation and I think he does not speak the truth – said Manev.

He stressed that the prosecution had not called on any of Bore Videvski’s colleagues as a witness that the defendant was at work during the critical period, though, as he said, the prosecution’s work is to check any case statement he will give.

– The prosecution has cited witnesses working with him in the office. The work of the prosecution is every case statement he will give to check, and the prosecution has not done so. The prosecution’s statement on December 21, 2023, has been referred to by working with him and who are in the office with him on November 22, the day that was confirmed as the day of committing the murder of Pance Zezhovski – said Manev.

The indictment states that Ljupco Palevski, Bore Videvski, Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kesishov and Aleksandar Gjorcevski are accused of planning the abduction of 14-year-old Vanja in order to force a member of her immediate family to give money for ransom. The abduction of the damaged Pance Zezhovski in Veles, on the indictment, was intended to force him to give their own « Citroen » vehicle to use the child to abduct the child in Skopje.

Juvenile Vanja and Pance Veles were reported missing on November 27 and 24, and on December 3, 2023, dead were found near Skopje and Veles.
