There is another party to compete for legislatures
In the early elections of May 18 will present twenty political forces, 18 parties and two coalitions. Last year, on the way to the previous polls were 19 political forces.
The political forces are: PS, AD (PSD/CDS-PP), arrives, liberal initiative, BE, CDU (PCP/PEV), Free, Pan, PPM, JPP, Raise, ADN, PCTP/MRPP, Volt Portugal, We, Citizens!, New Right, Rir, MPT, PTP and Liberal Social Party.
In the last legislative elections, in March last year, there were 19 political forces competing for at least one electoral circle. The Social Liberal Party, enrolled in the Constitutional Court for less than a month, debuts in the voting newsletters has candidates in five circles.
The draw of the order of applications in each voting report was held on Tuesday, for each of the 22 electoral circles. According to the result released today by the National Election Commission (CNE), the circles of Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal, Europe and outside Europe are the largest newsletters.
In the Porto Bulletin of Porto the first name that appears is that of AD, in Setúbal is CDU and in Lisbon is the one of the erect, that the draw will dictate that it will head the list of political forces in seven of the 22 electoral circles.
The circles that compete less political forces are Bragança, Santarém, Viana do Castelo, Vila Real, Viseu and Azores, each with 13.
All parties with parliamentary seat compete for the 22 electoral circles, except for the PAN that will not be included in the Viseu poll.
Of the parties without parliamentary representation, they compete to all circles raise you, the PPM, the DNA and the laugh. Volt Portugal competes for 20 circles, the new right to 13, JPP and PCTP/MRPP at 10, and the knots, citizens! eight. The debutant social liberal party has candidacies in five circles.
PTP only competes in the circle of Madeira, while the MPT presents itself in Madeira and the Azores, after having expressed support for the PSD/CDS coalition.
