There is a decision on Sebastian Mattczak. We know when they will consider the appeal
As part of the judicial stage of the extradition procedure, taking place in the United Arab Emirates on the basis of the application of the Polish prosecutor’s office for the issuing of the wanted Sebastian Mattczak, the Court of Appeal in Dubai had previously made a legal assessment of the grounds for the release and found that this was permissible and consistent with the law. Panties, however, appealed.
The court will consider the dismissal of Sebastian Mattczak
By decision of 9 January 2025, the Court of Appeal, as a court of first instance, unlawfully found the legal admissibility of Sebastian M. to Poland. This ruling was appealed by the wanted person. The court authority competent for the examination of the appeal is the Supreme Court of the United Arab Emirates

It is now known that the meeting of the Supreme Court of the United Arab Emirates regarding the examination of the appeal of suspicious Sebastian Mattczak against the decision of the Dubai Court of Appeal will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
An accident on A1 with the participation of Sebastian Mattczak
Sebastian Mattczak in mid -September 2023 took part in a tragic accident at A1 in Sierosław near Piotrków Trybunalski (Łódź Voivodeship). Investigators believe that he is the fault of the death of a family of three, who after a collision with his car burned alive in the car. The man was not stopped immediately and he managed to escape to Dubai, where he stayed all the time. There was a moment that he was detained, but eventually he was released. Now the Polish side is fighting for its extradition.
