Zippers only work without complaint. Why are analogue basics no longer developed?

I can only smell spring through the clogged nose and see through itchy eyes. But what I want, as the pollen want, with wars, already feels damn after spring. With the transition jacket, which is almost only and practically never, I am reminded of the consistently displaced and hardly discussed zipper problem. Unlike the zipper system, where one of two traffic jams or two snakes each one and then the other side is toming, actual zippers only work without complaint. They are often difficult to thread, like to block them before moving up, often eat themselves to the lifting, go back to the bottom and run again and run when they run, mostly not as lubricated, but rather as against a permanent resistance.

In my observation, completely regardless of whether the garment was expensive or cheap. A good zip is about as rare as a good melon in the supermarket. It is strange that analog basics such as the zipper, the belt in the car, the potato peeler or the toothbrush are no longer developed, even though they don’t work as well, while innovation is chasing the next in the digital area. If you want to make sure what has happened in the past decades, you should take a look at « Robin Hood » with Kevin Costner from 1991. But really only because of that. The youngest fell asleep after ten minutes, and I can’t even blame him. Incidentally, he usually leaves his jackets open, so he does not know the zipper problem.
