The Civil Guard places a WhatsApp conversation between Ábalos and its advisor on October 8, 2019, where the first one was interested in the possibility that Claudia M. was hired by some entity under the Ministry of Transportation. « To Gijón, he can’t hire it in Renfe, adif or any of his subcontracts? » Asks Ábalos. Garcia tells him yes and adds: « I fix it. » A few days later, on October 16, the woman sends her curriculum to the Minister’s advisor, who immediately refers to the then president of Renfe, Isaías Taboas.
A week later, on October 23, Claudia M. confirms Koldo that they had been called for a job. And on December 21, Ábalos and his then advisor comment during a conversation that the woman had already started working. The Civil Guard also collects how the advisor facilitated accommodation to Claudia R. during a work trip from this to Madrid in February 2020, and scheduled a dinner with the then minister. A few days later, she tells Garcia some work problems and he undertakes to mediate, for which the woman sends her the phones of her bosses. This problem would be related, according to the Civil Guard, with the fact that she was not to the office. « If you can send it in writing or call to cover your back. The reason why I don’t go to the office. » Days later, the woman informs Garcia that they have informed her that they will open a file to fire her.
Just the next day, a meeting was scheduled at the Ministry of Transportation between the president of Renfe and the then advisor to the minister. Hours later, Claudia M. tells Garcia to have called her as a situation to solve her situation. « I have no words of thanks (…) for everything you are doing. Thank you personally (…) I will not disappoint you or Jose at all, » says the woman. These messages, the UCO warns, « allow the minister and his advisor to have had a direct participation in this matter. »

The woman was fired in February 2022.
The UCO also collects messages sent by Claudia M. to the same months later, in which she complains about the behavior that Garcia had with her during the time she worked in Logirail. « I asked me obscene things and told me not to tell you anything, » says the woman, who says she has « everything engraved » and adds: « I remember that I was my superior and for not losing my job what I had to endure. »
This Tuesday is also cited to declare César Moreno, one of the partners of businessman Víctor de Aldama, the commissioner and alleged leader of the plot, which is part of a WhatsApp group called the musketeer that appears in several reports of the UCO. The Supreme has summoned Moreno as a witness, but must go accompanied by his lawyer because he is charged in the part of the Koldo case that investigates the National Court.
The bridge magistrate has summoned Moreno by considering that he can provide information about the alleged periodic deliveries of 10,000 euros per month by Aldama to the Abalos advisor.
