What changes the voice wants is not clear.

BRATISLAVA. The amendment, referred to as the « Russian law against active people », may disrupt the unity of the coalition majority in parliament during the ongoing March meeting.

Several deputies of the coalition party vote that they did not vote and announce their own changes in their current form.

Law from the workshop of Members SNS Parliament has been postponing for months. The original proposal before less than a year to label some NGOs as foreign agents has turned into a system of restrictions that people from the third sector consider bullying. According to the proposal, NGOs would have to register as lobbyists, they would be at risk of being able to abolish the rules and would have been uncomfortably a lot of administrative work.

Party MPs admit that they have a problem with the law in this form. On Tuesday in Parliament, many said they would come up with their own amendments. They prepared them in cooperation with the Government Plenipotentiary for the Development of Civil Society Simona Zacharová.

« I can’t say what will be there yet, » says Voice MP Miroslav Čellár. « Of course, we have to agree with our coalition partners, which is acceptable to them, but we certainly want to make an amendment. »

However, the submitters of the amendment around Lučanský see such voice efforts as an attempt to « boned » their suggestion. Lučanský insists that the proposal in its current form was adopted on the committee and in this form should also go to the plenary.

Ferenčák has questions, Žiga is waiting for changes

Parliament’s Vice -President Peter Žiga He expects the Lučanský proposal in the form it is today or will not come to the negotiations. « Across the coalition council was an agreement that a parliamentary proposal will be made in the second reading, so I expect these steps, » Žiga told SME.
