The Voice of Germany 2025: jury

In 2025, « The Voice of Germany » goes into season 15 and will be on as usual Sat.1 and ProSieben broadcast. The basic principle of the popular casting show has remained largely the same. Shirin David

For Shirin David, it is not the first time as a coach at « The Voice of Germany ». She celebrated her jury debut in 2023. In season 13 she was seen alongside Giovanni Zarrella, Ronan Keating, the duo Bill Kaulitz and Tom Kaulitz. Shirin is 30 years old and comes from Hamburg. She trained at the « Youth Opera Academy » In singing, acting and dance. For years she has been proving to be at the top of the German rap scene. In 2019 she released her first songs and quickly became known. Her debut album « Supersize » even reached first place on the German album charts.

Nico Santos

Nico Santos is also not a newcomer to « The Voice of Germany ». Already in 2019 he joined the show as an online coach and took third place with his talent Lukas Rieger. The year after, he took a seat in the studio on the red chair. From the 9th to 11th season of Nico was finally coach on the show and is now returning after a break. The 32-year-old is a singer-songwriter. With songs like « Home », « Rooftop », « Safe » and « Better » he stormed the German charts and has been making successful music since then.

Rea Garvey

Rea Garvey is a veteran in the « The Voice of Germany » story. Rea has been part of the jury since the first season in 2011 and regularly returned as a coach. In the second season, he achieved victory with his talent Nick Howard. After a year of break, he returned in season four in 2014 and was also part of the show in 2015 and 2019. In 2020 he formed a coaching team together with musicians colleague Samu Haber. Together they won the show with their talent Paula Dalla Corte. After another year break, Rea returned to one of the red chairs in 2022. Now he dares to try again in 2025. Rea is an Irish singer and guitarist. He was the front man of the 2010 German band Reamonn. Michi Beck and Smudo

Michi Beck and Smudo also have jury and coaching experience at « The Voice of Germany » as a coach duo. They were sitting on the red double chair several times and have already won two victories. Team Michi and Smudo won in 2014 with Charley Ann Schmutzler. A year later, they made this success with Jamie-Lee Kriewitz. In 2025, the two members of the hip-hop band « The Fantastic Vier » want to shine again as jurors.
