The veil of ignorance
John Rawls was one of the most influential philosophers of PolitandCII, law and morals of the last century. He is the author of the theory of « Văulul I ignorance », a set of rational principles on how the fundamental rights of any man should be established.
At the level of appearance, the concept does not sound good. In a world full of information and self-mandated elites and simple people strongly affected by the illusion of knowledge, the theory of the veil of ignorance seems to start from the idea that the man is kept in ignorance, that someone or something fixed a veil on his face to stop and understand what is happening to him.
But the meaning of metaphor is quite different and is deeply humanistic.
John Rawls theorizes universalized rights. Not universal, but universalized.
In a world that suspends or annihilates rights and refuses freedoms, fundamental rights and freedoms must be restored in the personal-non-patrimonial portfolio of every man, including those who, today, are called in the mockery of society.
From the perspective of the current cynical form of militant democracy we sink into Europe, John Rawls is a popist, that is, a façade moralist, who tells ordinary people what they expect to hear, but with the intention of deceiving. In reality, John Rawls is an American popist, and not European*: in opposition to the system of system (Establishment People) and the class of ilot (Slavs of the State, but who work for the benefit of an ultra-rich privileged hand), John Rawls is a popular, that is to say, a fighter for the LIFT, Normal, common sense, a activist against feudal privileges, privileges and exclusivities.
John Rawls starts, in the construction of the theory of « Văulul I ignorance », from the principle of reciprocity, established by Kant: if you are a rational being, then you will not do to a person you do not want to be done. If you are a man with reason, then you will be aware that the categorical imperative (ie the moral law) is necessary: you will have no choice but to respect it. And justice, equity, equality of destiny, good faith, freedom of expression and opinion, universal voting right, are all moral imperatives that, as a rational man, you cannot refuse others and you cannot choose to ignore them.
Note: There is a dark part of Kant’s moral and political philosophy. In a completely incredible way for what today (we believe) we know about it, Kant claimed that many categories of people are not rational beings (it has given the example of slaves, but also of people with various types of disabilities). So Kant did not consider that everyone can start from scratch, naturally receiving the fundamental individual rights and citizen freedoms. Kant said that only the people in its vicinity, that is, the people of the eighteenth century Germany, are certainly rational and, therefore, will respect the moral law.
Everything I saw on TV and on digital platforms or on the social pages from Plandemie reflects this reductionist concept of the rational man who only deserves the rights and freedoms because he is presumed to respect the moral imperative (law).
Ironically, this type of discourse is nothing but illegal content, in the sense of European regulations. However, through a horrible double standard, the discourse (essentially, Nazi) is never eliminated or sanctioned, but on the contrary promoted hundreds of millions of euros of public money.
Democracy has come to be considered a bad idea precisely because it would allow the « fools », « medieval », the rods « , in general, to those stamped as » the company of society « to vote.
If you go out on the street to ask for your rights, if you participate in public demonstrations because you do not agree with the theft of elections, if you claim equal rights and freedoms and you are part of the « Pleava of Society », the Elite Self-Mandate, Establishment People, the influence, the merciful press of the state, the NGOs (which the universities of the human rights), I forbid, sanction you and throw you over the walls of the city.
The most handy example – do not vaccinate, do not receive free medication and hospitalization if you become sick …
John Rawls adds an essential correction to what Kant said about the moral imperative: besides being a rational being, man must also have a pronounced sense of justice. Since you are a human being, you must be a moral being, and not a sociopath or psychopath …
I would add that you have to be an emotional, empathetic being, because man does not feed only with bread and does not heal only with drugs, but also with the Spirit of God …
Once we get rid of the veil of ignorance and, waking up in society and seeing that there are really inequalities, that some have only advantages, and others only belets and disadvantages, we should act. Advantages to do their duty to society and nation, helping to raise disadvantaged people. Obviously, the disadvantages also have the duty to behave in such a way as not to intentionally determine the transformation of society and the nation.
Here is what no one can in the self-mandated elites conceive: lifting the veil of ignorance from everyone’s eyes, awakening in consciousness … The current system prefers ignorance, submission and war, for
Ingnorance is Strenght,
Freedom is Slavery and
War is Peace.
*The dizzying game with the meanings and connotations of the words has become a sport of the EU bureaucracy and the intellectualist – progressive « elites »; Not only words or phrases as « populist », « militant democracy » and « transition justice » lining the real or digital walls of Orwellian totalitarianism, but also phrases as « protected opinion », which cannot be contradicted, « noble lie » or « sustainable war »; A dictionary of these new talk, pollutants of language, will soon be necessary, to escape the veil of ignorance …
