Alise Pérez is left alone in Europe. Your entry into the European Parliament cannot normalize practices outside the legality and clean play, » they underline.

The rupture of the two Spanish MEPs with the SALF leader is known just one day after the Supreme Court opened, on Monday, a new cause, the third in a month, to Alise Pérez, for several messages he directed through Telegram against the delegated prosecutor of crimes of hate and discrimination of Valencia, Susana Gisbert. Salf’s Eurodiput also has two other research in the Supreme President Catalan, Salvador Illa. At the end of March, the European Parliament also sanctioned Alise for not declaring his previous income to assume his seat in Brussels, as stipulated in the rules of conduct that force every Eurodipped at the beginning of his mandate.

The decision to go on separate roads was clear, at least, since, in mid -December, ECR announced the admission in its ranks of Solier and Junco as “individual members”, leaving Alvise’s income in Limbo. At the time, sources of the Ultra Formation, the fourth force in the Eurocamara with 78 Eurodiputados, indicated that they would wait for research in Spain on the Leader of SALF to be resolved, although this fell importance to them and was said to be confident in his soon admission to the European parliamentary group.

The Eurodiput is also in the sights of the European parliamentary institution. At the beginning of the last plenary session in Strasbourg, the president of the Eurocamara, Roberta Metsola, announced a monetary sanction for a total of 700 euros against the SALF leader for not declaring, as all the euros are bound when assuming their seat, their previous income before reaching Brussels. Beyond the minimum fine, it is a political warning. Do not declare these income, as Pérez still does not do, entails, according to the Code of Conduct of the European Legislative, the impossibility of being chosen « to exercise charges in Parliament or in the organs of the same, nor be appointed speakers, nor to be part of official delegations », which are part of the tasks of a representative of the interests of the citizens in the European legislative institution. In order to be investigated in Spain, justice should send a supplication to the European Parliament requesting the lifting of its parliamentary immunity, a step that has not been given for the moment.
